Deleting Rows and Columns

To Delete Columns

  1. Highlight the column(s) you wish to Delete. More than one column can be deleted at a time. (See Selecting Text.)
  2. Do one of the following:
    • Select menu items Edit|Delete Column(s).
    • Right Click the Mouse Button RightMouse and Select Delete Column(s) from the Pop-up Menu.

To Delete Rows

  1. Highlight the Row(s) you wish to Delete. More than one Row can be deleted at a time. (See Selecting Text.)
  2. Do one of the following:
    • Select menu items Edit|Delete Row(s).
    • Right Click the Mouse Button RightMouse and Select Delete Row(s) from the Pop-up Menu.
