Selecting Text
To Select Text use one of the following methods
- Press and hold the Left Mouse Button
and Drag over the Cells of interest. - Press and hold the Left mouse Button and Drag over the Row Names to select the Rows of interest.
- Press and hold the Left Mouse Button and Drag over the Column Names to select the Columns of interest.
- Clicking the Left Mouse Button on the upper Lefthand corner will select All Cells.
- Hold the
key while using the moving from cell to cell. (See Moving From Cell to Cell.)
Note
When Text has been selected, those Cells will be highlighted.
